- Evaluate: Once we find the right property, we conduct a market analysis to determine its true value.
- Due Diligence: Arranging all appropriate property inspections for you such as building and pest inspections, strata reports and conducting all council enquiries
- Strategy: Advising on strategy including off-market v’s on-market and auction v’s pre-auction negotiations
- Negotiate: We use our negotiation skills to secure the property for the best price. If the property goes to auction, we bid on your behalf at auction.
