  • Search and identify: We tap into our extensive local networks to find properties that match your criteria, including off-market and pre-market properties. We personally inspect them to make sure they meet your requirements.
  • Present: We provide detailed written reports on suitable properties and arrange inspections. If you’re overseas, we provide digital photos and videos.
  • Evaluate: Once we find the right property, we conduct a market analysis to determine its true value.
  • Due Diligence: Arranging all appropriate property inspections for you such as building and pest inspections, strata reports and  conducting all council enquiries
  • Strategy: Advising on strategy including off-market v’s on-market and auction v’s pre-auction negotiations
  • Negotiate:  We use our negotiation skills to secure the property for the best price. If the property goes to auction, we bid on your behalf at auction.
