Fees

We require an initial retainer payable upfront and a success fee payable on exchange of contracts. The Retainer is deducted from the Success Fee. Our fees are based on the complexity of your brief, number of areas we are searching for you, your budget and time frame to purchase.

For our auction bidding service we charge an auction attendance fee of $750 (plus GST). If our bid is successful at the auction, we charge a standard success fee of $1500 (plus GST) including the attendance fee. (These fees do not apply in addition to the above fees if you engage us for our search and negotiate service options).
