  • Agent selection: We recommend quality real estate agents, then help you narrow down your options and choose the right one to sell your home.  
  • Property presentation: We help you prepare, present and style your home for sale so that you maximise interest and generate buyer competition.
  • Representation: We act as the main point of contact with the real estate agent, so that you stay informed throughout the sales campaign.
  • Advice: We advise you on the auction process and any offers you received during the negotiation  process.
  • Post-exchange: We guide you through the settlement period to make sure everything runs smoothly through to settlement.
Bidding at auction
  • Inspect: We carry out a comprehensive property inspection to make sure you enter negotiations armed with all the facts.
  • Preparing authorities: We organise the legal documentation that lets us bid on your behalf, and help you sign and execute them properly.
  • Strategy session: Before the auction, we hold a strategy session where we discuss budding tactics, set price limits and make plans for how we’ll communicate on auction day.
  • Attending auction: We attend the auction and bid on your behalf, executing our agreed strategy.
  • Securing the Property: We use our industry knowledge and tactical experience to help you secure the home at the lowest price.  
  • Execution: If you’re successful at auction we execute the contract on your behalf.

  • Inspect: We carry out a comprehensive property inspection on your nominated property to make sure you enter negotiations armed with all the facts.

  • Tailored service: You can ask us to review and analyse one property, or up to three within a six-month period.

Deborah is Joint Principal and Founder of SydneySlice and a Licensed Estate Agent. Deborah graduated from Sydney University with 1st Class Honors in Economics Law and worked as a Corporate Lawyer for 7 years before founding SydneySlice in 2000.

Principal & Buyers Agent

Stephen is Joint Principal of SydneySlice. He joined SydneySlice 17 years ago after 18 years in the financial markets both in Sydney and overseas. Born and bred in Sydney Stephen is passionate about Sydney property and bought his first property when he was 23 years old.
